About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support end?to?end hiring across a range of business and technical functions. This position requires strong communication skills, a structured approach to recruitment, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
You will play a key role in sourcing talent, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full?cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
Screen candidates and assess suitability
Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate records
Advise hiring managers on market insights and role requirements
Ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience
Requirements
Fluency in English and French or Spanish (one required)
Proven experience in in?house or agency recruitment
Strong stakeholder?management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently
Familiarity with ATS tools and structured hiring processes
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
