We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent across various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. The Recruiter will play a vital part in supporting organisational growth by implementing effective sourcing strategies and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead generation through social media management, job boards, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
Utilise HRIS systems to track applicant data and ensure accurate record keeping throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with external agencies and utilise Salesforce for candidate engagement and pipeline management.
Manage social media channels to promote job openings and enhance employer branding initiatives.
Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment or human resources roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is essential.
Experience with HRIS systems and Salesforce for relationship management is highly desirable.
Knowledge of social media management tools for talent sourcing purposes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and manage candidate pipelines proactively.
