We are seeking a
dynamic and proactive In-House Recruiter
to join our Team. This role is critical to supporting our expanding sales, installation, and operational teams by attracting, sourcing, and engaging top talent. You will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand, building talent pipelines, and delivering a seamless recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver effective lead-generation and talent-sourcing strategies across multiple channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Promote vacancies and enhance employer branding through social media and digital platforms
Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job brief to offer and onboarding
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS platforms and produce hiring metrics and reports
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or lead generation
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
Experience using social media and digital tools for recruitment and employer branding
Understanding of HR systems, recruitment best practices, and compliance
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment
A sales or consultative approach to recruitment is highly advantageous
