Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent across functions, aligning with RocketFin's growth objectives. Collaborate closely with department heads to identify workforce needs and design tailored recruitment plans. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates using diverse channels, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Utilize advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

HR Operations and Policy Development

Ensure consistent application and development of HR policies and procedures across all offices, adhering to local labor laws and best practices. Act as a liaison between management and employees, offering guidance on HR matters such as performance, conflict resolution, and career development pathways. Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into RocketFin's culture and operations.

Global HR Collaboration

Coordinate HR and recruitment activities across London, Malta, and New York, ensuring a unified approach tailored to regional requirements. Analyse recruitment trends and workforce data to shape proactive strategies that address both current and future talent needs. Maintain strong partnerships with external staffing agencies and networks to strengthen our talent pipeline.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in a dual recruitment and HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, global organisation. Demonstrable success in sourcing and hiring talent across multiple locations and industries. Excellent understanding of employment laws and HR practices across the UK, US, and EU is highly desirable. Proficiency in ATS platforms, HR software, and workplace collaboration tools. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
