Duties
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and implement
effective sourcing strategies
using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
Conduct
screening calls, interviews, and assessments
to evaluate candidate fit.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment.
Maintain accurate candidate records and reports in the
ATS or database system

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the process.
Experience
Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a legal sector of UK.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
