We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our human resources team at our Childrens Nursery based in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent to support organisational growth. The successful applicant will utilise various sourcing channels and applicant tracking systems to identify the best candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
Duties
Lead generation through multiple channels including social media management, job boards, and networking events to attract potential candidates.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to organise candidate information efficiently.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles within the organisation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage social media campaigns to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
Maintain compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to relevant stakeholders.
Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Proven experience in lead generation and utilisation of social media management tools for talent sourcing.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and applicant tracking processes to streamline recruitment workflows.
Relationship management skills essential for building rapport with candidates and internal teams.
Understanding of human resources principles and best practices in talent acquisition.
Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM tools for candidate engagement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
