The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and recruitment, with a focus on lead generation and relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills and familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organisation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilise social media management tools to promote job openings and engage potential candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the organisation. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within the HRIS and ATS systems. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Foster relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout their journey. Generate leads for potential candidates through networking events, job fairs, and online platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, ideally within a corporate environment. Strong lead generation skills with the ability to identify potential candidates through various channels. Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for managing candidate applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Experience in relationship management to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
