We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resourcer to join our dynamic human resources team that recruits roles from junior level to executive level for numerous clients mostly London based.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced environment, working closely with recruitment professionals and clients to build strong candidate pipelines and maintain positive relationships with our stakeholders. Duties
Assist in screening CVs and applications to shortlist suitable candidates based on job specifications.
Support our clients in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Engage with prospective candidates, fostering relationships and promoting employer branding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Manage relationship management activities to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
Familiarity with human resources practices and principles related to talent acquisition.
Organised with excellent attention to detail to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
