Anticipated Contract Length/End Date: June 3, 2024 with potential to extend

Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support market-leading candidate attraction and engagement through end-to-end recruiting into early talent programmes. The selected candidate will develop relationships with universities, plan and manage events, support recruitment tasks, schedule interviews, host assessment centres, and participate in other ad-hoc projects as needed. This role will report into a senior recruiter and will work closely with them to build the brand on campus and provide an outstanding candidate experience.

What you will do:

  • Support recruiters across the team to meet hiring targets, diversity objectives and other KPIs.
  • Plan and deliver recruiting events including insight days, careers fairs and networking events, managing all aspects including sending invitations, producing materials and sourcing speakers.
  • Schedule interviews on behalf of recruiters and arrange interview days for bulk assessments.
  • Host and manage assessment centres including inviting candidates, answering questions from candidates, delivering welcome presentations, coordinating assessors, and collating feedback.
  • Prepare and send candidate communications, including making offer calls to candidates.
  • Plan candidate engagement activities and support the candidate management process.
  • Maintain recruiting data in systems and trackers ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent), preferably in computer science, business management, or economics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident presenting and interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills, with good time management.
  • Flexible and agile, able to work with ambiguity and constantly changing demands.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to use Excel generate insights from data.
  • A keen interest in early talent recruiting and a growth mindset.
  • HR or recruiting qualifications, such as CIPD or REC, desirable but not essential.
