Salary: c.28k per annum, depending on skills and experience

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

About the role

Kingswood School in Bath is looking to appoint a highly organised and detail-orientated administrator to join our People and Culture team. Based at our Senior School, you will support the recruitment of outstanding staff across the Nursery, Prep, and Senior Schools.

You will administer all aspects of recruitment, from posting adverts and coordinating interviews to completing pre-employment checks and supporting new starters. HR or recruitment experience is helpful, but this role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including adverts, applications and interviews

Complete pre-employment checks and maintain accurate records

Support onboarding and induction for new starters

Provide support for general HR tasks

Skills and Attributes

Exceptional administrative and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

Discreet, professional, and committed to confidentiality

Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes
