Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:00 or 12:00 - 20:00 each week), with 1 in 4 Weekends (10:00 - 18:00 with 2 weekdays off in lieu)

The Opportunity
Our rapidly-expanding and extremely successful client are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruitment Administrator to join their vibrant and upbeat modern offices based in Oxford.
As Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative side of the entire candidate recruitment process. This will involve managing the careers inbox, inputting relevant data into the internal system, scheduling interviews and ensuring that candidates are regularly updated on the entire recruitment process.
The successful Recruitment Administrator will also be required to proof read job descriptions and advertise them on various external websites. As such, you must have a great eye for detail, as well as excellent communication and organisation skills.
Our client is a really ambitious company and they are looking for candidates who are equally ambitious. As such, whilst your main goal will be to support the hiring managers, you should also have the intuition and determination to identify potential improvements to the recruitment process.
