We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our internal recruitment activities and contribute to the continued growth of our project teams.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Recruitment Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the recruitment function, ensuring a professional and efficient process from candidate attraction through to onboarding. The role is pivotal in helping us resource key projects and maintain a strong talent pipeline. This position is open to candidates looking for either full-time or part-time hours, with flexible working arrangements considered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Support & Communications
Liaise with candidates to coordinate interviews and provide timely updates
Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to enquiries professionally
Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout the process
Job Advertising & Sourcing Support
Draft and publish job adverts on relevant platforms and networks
Support recruiters in reviewing applications and preparing candidate submissions
Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Compliance & Document Control
Verify candidate documentation including Right to Work, certificates, and references
Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant personnel records
Interview & Offer Coordination
Organise interview logistics with internal teams and candidates
Draft and issue offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment documentation
Database Management & Reporting
Keep candidate databases up to date with correct information
Produce regular recruitment metrics and status reports
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment administration, HR, or similar support role
Experience in energy, technical, or industrial sectors is an advantage
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel; familiarity with ATS software is a plus
Knowledge of UK Right to Work checks and data protection regulations
