Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our recruitment team in attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end administrative functions of the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks throughout the hiring and on-boarding process
Complete pre-employment vetting checks for candidates from start to finish in timely manner
Create and maintain employee profiles on BrightHR
Ensure staff statutory and mandatory online training compliance is up to date
Ensure staff on-going compliance is up to date
Monitor and respond to recruitment-related queries via email or phone.
Generate recruitment reports and maintain recruitment metrics.
Support HR and Operations Teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within recruitment or HR.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using ATS software.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in a similar recruitment support role.
Knowledge of employment and data protection legislation.
Certification or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
