Overview:
The role will focus on the administrative tasks associated to the Recruitment function and will offer crucial experience in working with our senior management team and the opportunity to make a difference and tailor the support we provide.
Responsibilities:
Processing new contractors (sending starter packs and new contractor documents), contractor extensions (contractor assignments and internal updates) and contractors leaving the business.
Run and manage weekly reports detailing Recruitment MI, the number of contractors working for Bell, outlining financial information & extensions etc.i.e. Extensions and Rev &Gm report
Maintain Master Consolidated Tracker to ensure all contractors are accounted for and terms of engagement are captured.
Co-Ordinate with HR on PES Screening for new starters. Track RTW expiries and security check renewals for contractors, where applicable.
Promote continuous improvement within current recruitment processes to drive efficiency - updating documents, GDPR regulations, IR35 review, contribute to Recruitment Audit.
Support ad hoc projects / reporting as required.
Qualifications:
ExperienceWorking within a demanding environment, proving good organisational & administrative skills and attention to detail.
Experience of recruitment process and / or resourcing / staff planning, understanding of Consultancy / IT Services business is desirable
KnowledgeMS Office Suite, especially excel (reporting, pivot tables etc)
SkillsAttention to detail, highly organised, literate and numerate / able to produce basic financial reports. Prioritisation, Team Working, Communications
