Recruitment Administrator
to join us.
The Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our recruitment process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll support hiring managers, candidates, and the HR team by providing efficient, organised, and professional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and writing job adverts across multiple platforms
Managing candidate applications and maintaining accurate records
Screening CVs and producing a shortlist
Conducting first stage online interviews
Scheduling follow up interviews and liaising with hiring managers and candidates
Producing reports on vacancy fulfilment
Maintaining recruitment databases and producing reports
Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
A great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Experienced in recruitment administration (In house HR or recruitment agency experience is desirable )
IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
The position is advertised as full time 40 hours per week, but part time applications would also be considered . We are planning a major recruitment drive in 2026 which is the reason for creation of this new position and why the role is advertised as a fixed term contract

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
