As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Specialist to partner our Breedon GB business. You will work closely with the People Business Partner to ensure recruitment needs are met by supporting the business to identify qualified candidates who align with our organisational values and goals.

As a recruitment Specialist you will offer expertise in all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including supporting the business to post positions to Pinpoint, CV screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities





Provide advice to business leaders and the People Partnering Team on recruitment activity, ensuring equity, diversity and inclusion is embedded through the processes Become an ATS champion and the first point of contact for business leaders on the system Utilise multiple channels such as job boards, social media and networking to attract qualified candidates Collaborate with business leaders to develop detailed and accurate job descriptions and compelling adverts for vacant positions to reach the right talent Provide advice, support and training on appropriate selection processes including assisting with CV screeing, initial screening interviews and assessing qualifications Support the organising and scheduling of interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process Support business leaders with the recruitment process of Apprentices and Graduates, ensuring recruitment is professional, timely and consistent Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and other performance indicators, analysing problem areas and advising business leaders on solutions Promote Breedon as a good employer and support the company's employer brand by engaging with candidates on social media, arranging careers fairs, and liaison with schools and colleges.

Flexible, proactive approach to establish high standards of work performance Experience managing volume recruitment or working as an HR Advisor who has concentrated on recruitment Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and make informed decisions Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems Ability to work on own initiative, managing own time and workload Drive and motivation to plan and follow through to end point Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop trusted relationships internally and externally with strong influencing skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong IT Skills
