Muller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britain's private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.


Muller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Muller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Muller Corner, Mullerlight, Muller Bliss, Muller Rice, FRijj and Muller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

We're Hiring:

UK Recruitment Advisor

Location:

Telford / Market Drayton / Hybrid (2 days on-site, including Wednesdays in Market Drayton)

Contract:

Full-Time, Permanent (open to fixed term, if that's your kind of thing)

Hours:

Monday-Friday (40 hours, flexible between 8-4 or 9-5)

What You'll Own:

Partner with hiring managers to plan and deliver recruitment campaigns Write and post engaging job adverts that attract the right talent Source candidates directly via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal networks Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage feedback loops Make verbal offers and support onboarding Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks and UK legislation Champion a brilliant candidate experience from start to finish What You'll Bring Recruitment experience (in-house or RPO preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple roles with pace and precision A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for great service
