About the Role:


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join our team on the Screwfix contract. The role will support 4 of our sites, in the Staffordshire / Northwest Areas, however hybrid / home working is also available, we will also welcome discussions about flexible hours and location.


This is a great role for someone who thoroughly enjoys recruitment and working at pace. You'll get great exposure to a dynamic working environment and will have the autonomy to be able to take ownership of your role in order to deliver the recruitment objectives, build and maintain trusted relationships whilst providing a full 360 recruitment service end to end.


Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.

How will you contribute?



As the Recruitment Advisor you will be accountable for your dedicated areas recruitment needs. Working as part of an Agile team, you will support across multiple sites to support the operational demands. Tracking and reporting of recruiting statistics and maintaining our in-house systems with a high level of accuracy. Screening and assessing of all candidates to ensure they meet requirements and criteria. Completing all related administrative tasks and scheduling interviews. Support with the pre-screening and assessment stages of recruitment, supporting with assessments or interviews when required. To provide administrative support for both internal and external recruitment campaigns; inviting candidates to interview, regretting unsuccessful candidates, supporting the final stages of the recruitment process and updating the ATS and relevant job boards with new vacancies. Identify ways to continuously improve the recruitment process.

What will you bring?



Willing to travel between Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Lichfield and Runcorn as and when required to support sites needs. Have experience managing high volumes of recruitment within an in-house environment. Ability to handle high volumes of recruitment in short periods of time. Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates. Ability to work effectively as a team to drive an excellent resourcing service to the operation. Organised and proactive, with the drive to deliver results and manage self effectively. Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written. Experienced in building upon and improving existing processes and procedures. Experience of different interview/assessment approaches and ability. Ability to adapt quickly and alter priorities based on operational needs. Ideally you will have experience recruiting into logistics and supply chain industries.
