An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment and Contracts Coordinator to join the Human Resources Team at The Two Counties Trust. You will join a team of dedicated, likeminded HR professionals who pride themselves on delivering an excellent service to the schools within our Trust.





This role involves coordinating engaging and effective end to end recruitment campaigns, working closely with Leaders in our schools, onboarding new starters, ensuring that candidates undergo all statutory checks to deliver a seamless transition into our Trust.





In addition to recruitment and onboarding, you will also be responsible for processing letters, documents and contracts associated with any employment or contractual changes throughout the employee lifecycle.





This area of your role will require a keen eye for detail to guarantee accurate information is being provided to our employees and building strong relationships with our schools.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, shows initiative and can demonstrate experience of managing a busy workload and processing high volumes of transactional tasks.





Although not essential, experience of working within education and knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education would be advantageous.
