We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant to join our Recruitment & Talent team to help us deliver an effective recruitment service and meet our ambitious Talent Management Strategy objectives.

You will work with recruitment & talent specialists to support the end-to-end recruitment process, making the best use of technology to deliver a professional recruitment and talent management service. This is a key role supporting the organisation to get the right skills to deliver its plans and strengthen the organisation\'s capacity to support movement internally.

We are looking for a determined and committed individual who can bring vision and drive to make things happen. You will be self-organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues. You will be able to use systems to access, manipulate and maintain data. You will have effective interpersonal skills and will relish building positive relationships and be confident to provide advice on non-complex issues to effective resolution.
