Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)

Recruitment Consultant Apprentice

, you'll develop valuable sales and people skills while being part of a friendly, supportive team.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases Conducting initial screenings and telephone interviews Matching candidates to vacancies based on their skills and aspirations Supporting administrative tasks, interview coordination, and database management Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and legal regulations Building strong relationships with candidates and clients Making outbound sales calls to prospective employers to introduce recruitment services Promoting suitable candidates to clients and arranging interviews Supporting with business development, lead generation, and follow-ups Maintaining accurate records of client and candidate interactions Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
This is a varied role that combines

recruitment, administration, and sales -

you'll be speaking to a wide range of people, gathering information, and helping to make the perfect match between clients and candidates.
