Recruitment Consultant Apprentice Level 3

What you'll be doing

:

Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels Conducting initial candidate screenings and gathering key information Assisting in matching candidates to suitable positions Maintaining and updating the candidate database and records Coordinating interview schedules and liaising with candidates and clients Supporting the team with essential administrative tasks Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations Building strong relationships with candidates to encourage engagement and trust Contributing to a collaborative team environment Always maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
You'll be speaking to a wide range of people daily, gathering insights to help make the perfect candidate match.

The Details

Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (with 1-hour lunch break)

Salary:

14,722.50 per annum
