Recruitment experience

This role is very phone-heavy; we believe the best (and only) way to do this job is to speak to people. Which is why you need to be comfortable, from week one, jumping on the phone and getting to know our industry.

general responsibilities:

work towards independently managing the recruitment cycle
meeting billing targets that are looked over a rolling 12 months
either be or work towards being self-sufficient in winning new jobs / helping win new clients
maintain a clean database of clients/candidates & jobs adhering to tdm guidelines
assist the senior team where needed on any appropriate duties relating to assignments or jobs.
about you:
experience working in recruitment, administration, customer service, estate agency, lettings or similar
(with prior recruitment experience desirable)
have a track record of meeting billing targets
are self-motived and enjoy hitting targets

our benefits include:
A basic salary between 25,000 - 35,000 dependent on experience
Uncapped commission
3 days in the office, 2 work from home
25 basic annual leave days, plus the chance to gain an extra day's annual leave for each year of service up to 28 days
An additional 3 days extra leave in December
A day off for your birthday
2pm finish every Friday
