We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in various positions across diverse industries. Duties

Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and job opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Engage with candidates through various channels including social media management to attract top talent. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and ensure alignment on candidate profiles. Maintain accurate records within Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for compliance and reporting purposes. Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Skills

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong relationship management skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and candidates. Familiarity with HRIS systems for managing employee data efficiently. Ability to manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes effectively. A solid understanding of human resources principles and practices. Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
