Lovett Care Group are seeking to appoint a motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, ensuring the recruitment needs of the business are met efficiently and effectively. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Lead, this role involves managing the full recruitment cycle across all our care homes -- from advertising vacancies to completing candidate checks prior to their start date.
The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in attracting and securing the very best talent, helping us continue to deliver exceptional standards of care across our homes. This is a travelling role, requiring regular visits to our portfolio of care homes in Chester, Greater Manchester, Lytham St Annes, Stockport, Merseyside, Nottingham, Leeds, North Wales, and Carlisle. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
We are offering a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months, with an excellent salary of 29,500 per annum, plus car allowance and mileage expenses. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm, with some flexibility required.
