About the role
As a
Recruitment Coordinator
, you'll join a dedicated delivery team supporting a busy, high-volume recruitment process for a respected client.
You'll receive
full training
in assessment and selection techniques, no cold calling or candidate search required. Your focus will be on reviewing applications and conducting structured telephone assessments to ensure every applicant is given a fair and positive experience.
This is not a targeted or sales-based role. Success here is about
quality,
delivering excellent service to candidates and hiring managers and maintaining a professional, consistent recruitment process.
What you'll do
Conduct structured telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability based on defined role and behavioural criteria.
Review applications and shortlist candidates accurately using agreed frameworks.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to provide a smooth, professional process.
Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver high standards across the recruitment journey.
Contribute ideas to help improve efficiency and candidate experience.
About you
You might be a recent graduate or have experience in customer service, HR, or recruitment, what matters most is your communication skills, organisation, and dedication to delivering a great experience.
You'll bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone manner.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
