About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a
Recruitment Coordinator
to join our vibrant HR team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in developing our employer brand, driving recruitment excellence and ensuring every candidate journey is positive, professional and inspiring.
From managing our applicant tracking system, screening platform, onboarding processes and building long-term relationships with our managers, you'll be at the heart of our growth story.
What You'll Be Doing:
Championing the recruitment process for both CWC and Carparison
Building our reputation as an employer of choice
Coordinating and administering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Developing creative attraction strategies and sourcing talent directly
Managing our applicant tracking system and ensuring compliance
Promoting our employer brand via social media and events
Partnering with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions, competency profiles and onboarding journeys
Supporting interview processes and championing fairness and inclusion
Liaising with universities, colleges and apprenticeship providers
Delivering monthly recruitment performance reports and insights
Assisting with wider HR administrative support as needed
About You:
Experience in recruitment and onboarding
Confident using social media and digital tools for attraction
Proven success in proactive sourcing
Organised, self-motivated and full of initiative
Able to juggle tasks and deliver to deadlines
Passionate about creating a great candidate experience
Tech-savvy with a systems-oriented mindset
A confident communicator who builds relationships with ease
