Working as part of our People Team, you'll play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding the right people to help us achieve our mission. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with in-house recruitment experience looking to make a meaningful impact in a value-led charity.

What You'll Do



Coordinate recruitment of staff and volunteers from job adverts to onboarding Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs Arrange interviews and ensure a professional, inclusive candidate journey Maintain recruitment systems and data accuracy Monitor and report on recruitment activity Coordinate work experience placements Promote Focus as an employer of choice Contribute to wider People Team projects and events

What You'll Bring



CIPD Level 3 or working towards Previous experience in a recruitment role Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle Confidence in using applicant tracking systems, social media, and job boards Excellent communication and IT skills A person-centred, inclusive approach with a passion for helping others succeed
