About The Role:
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will play a key role in shaping an exceptional candidate experience. Acting as a point of contact for applicants, you'll support them throughout their journey - from initial application through to their first day. You'll be responsible for shortlisting CV's, arranging interviews and assessment centres as well as managing all aspects of administration that ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly.
Working closely with Recruiters and Recruitment Business Partners, you'll gain a deep understanding of each vacancy and help identify the right candidates. You'll take ownership of posting roles accurately on internal and external platforms, reviewing applications and coordinating interviews for Hiring Managers. With a strong attention to detail, you'll ensure that every part of the process - from requisition creation to offer administration - is handled efficiently and to the highest standard.
You will also play a vital role in maintaining compliance across all recruitment activity, including 'right to work' checks, data accuracy and timely record management. Supporting recruitment events such as assessment centres, open days and careers fairs will also form part of your varied role thus ensuring NEXT continues to attract the very best talent.
Data and reporting are an important part of this position. You'll maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure that all data is accurate and compliant with company policies. You'll also be responsible for tracking new starters, liaising with managers and recruiters and ensuring every new joiner has everything they need before their first day.
About You:
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, collaboration and making a real difference to both candidates and the business. You'll bring strong IT skills, great communication and a passion for providing a first-class recruitment experience. Experience in recruitment or HR, along with knowledge of policies, processes and GDPR, will help you succeed in this position. An understanding of Recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems and online recruitment methods would also be a real advantage.
