Location:

Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW and working from home. (Please note that due to the nature of this role, at least one day a week in the office is required.)


Permanent, Full time (35 hours a week)





We are also happy to consider part-time working between 25 and 32 hours a week.

The role





We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help us deliver a smooth, inclusive and high-quality recruitment and onboarding experience.


You will:


support hiring managers and candidates across the organisation, making sure the journey from job advert to start date is as seamless and positive as possible. advertise roles and schedule interviews to guide managers through DBS checks and right to work processes, be a go-to person for recruitment coordination. support the improvement of our onboarding approach and provide data insights to help us continue improving our service.

About you





We are looking for someone who is organised, helpful and able to stay calm when things get busy. You should be confident working with systems, emails and speaking to different people. You will enjoy helping others and make sure things are done properly.



To do this job well, you will need:


Experience in admin work, especially in recruitment or human resources Good at planning and organising tasks Happy speaking to different people and answering questions Able to work carefully and meet deadlines Understand why inclusion and fairness are important
