Recruitment Coordinator

You don't need existing experience in the publishing industry or in recruitment. We're interested in your ambition and ability to support the team, ensuring we offer a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
The role
As Coordinator, you'll provide support to all team members in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. This will include supporting the Recruitment Partners with interview scheduling and shortlisting as well as helping our Programmes and Outreach Advisor to deliver some of our key early career programmes. It's a busy and varied role and will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail and plenty of initiative.
