About the Role:

Join our recruitment and training team of 10 with over 40 years experience at Farmfoods. We're on a mission to find great people for our shops and distribution centres, ensuring our customers get the very best service. Work from home, with the occasional trip for training sessions. You'll be at the forefront, working with various teams and ensuring we get the right match for each role. You're not just filling roles; you're building lasting relationships by getting to know our shops and distribution centres.

Charisma? Check! Communicate confidently with a range of folks, from eager candidates to experienced hiring managers. Be your own captain - organise, prioritise, and navigate your workload, especially when facing some tight deadlines. Your written word? It's essential. With regular emails flying left and right, and multiple tasks on the go, we need your attention to detail on point. * If you've dipped your toes into distribution, retail, recruitment, or HR, that's a plus! If not, but you're passionate and think you've got the stuff, we're all ears.
