Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator, youll be a key player in our growing and enthusiastic Recruitment Team, helping us deliver exceptional service to our internal stakeholders.Your role will involve managing the full onboarding cycle and leading the compliance process for talented candidates who make a meaningful difference by providing essential health and care services to our communities.
This is a fixed term, full time position based at our Runcorn Head Office. Youll enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and after settling in, youll have the flexibility ofhybrid workingworking from home two days a week.

Main duties of the job
As a Recruitment Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Developing strong relationships with key hiring managers, keeping them updated on key recruitment activity
  • Having the autonomy to suggest and implement improved processing systems
  • Issuing contracts of employment, whilst understanding our comprehensive terms and conditions
  • Organising interviews by calling candidates directly for availability and delivering a high level of customer service throughout their onboarding process with us
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks including right to work, DBS and occupational health

You will be confident speaking on the phone, be pro-active and have experience completing administration tasks, along with a desire to deliver great customer service. You will be working in a team which manages a high volume of transactions and so therefore you must be comfortable working to deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities.
You also will be able to build effective working relationships dealing with people at all levels within the business.
