Summary

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team at EEUK Ltd. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts as we continue to grow and redefine industry standards. Based at our Head Office, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure an efficient hiring workflow. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent. Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to the Recruitment Manager.

Requirements

Proven experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role is preferred. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
