Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Almondsbury, Bristol

Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 per annum OTE 45-50k

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the Workchain Careers industry Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for available positions Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience Providing advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure a competitive advantage


Qualifications:

Proven experience in a recruitment role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools/software
