Recruitment Executive
to manage and deliver our recruitment strategy across the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview:
As our in-house Recruitment Executive, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle -- from attracting candidates to managing interviews and supporting the offer process. You will work closely with department managers and report directly to the HR Manager and Operations Director to ensure we hire great people who align with our values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage vacancies from role briefing through to offer and onboarding handover.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
Candidate Sourcing:
Actively source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
ATS & Admin:
Maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring smooth communication and process flow.
Candidate Experience:
Deliver a consistent and positive candidate journey from first contact to final feedback.
Reporting:
Track key metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, reporting regularly to management.
Employer Branding:
Support initiatives to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
Process Improvement:
Suggest and implement improvements to optimise hiring practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) managing a variety of roles.
Confident in candidate sourcing and headhunting, especially via Indeed and LinkedIn.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with recruitment systems (ATS) and basic HR processes.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple roles at once.
Desirable:
Recruitment experience in the property sector (not mandatory)
Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
Understanding of best practices in hiring.

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 DOE
