The Gekko Group Head Office has a spot on our Recruitment team to offer vital support with day-to-day tasks, such as co-ordinating interviews, reviewing applications, and being the first point of contact for candidates. This is a great opportunity to utilise your administrative and conversation skills in a supportive and driven environment.
Gekko is a field marketing agency that creates exciting experiential experiences for customers in retail stores and online - and our recruitment team brings on board all our superstars.
The package:
Annual Salary of 24,000
Company bonus
Full Time, Permanent Contract (Monday-Friday)

Your role:
Engaging with candidates as their first point of contact and creating a positive first impression
Review applications to identify superstars for our campaigns
Manage calendars to co-ordinate interviews for candidates and hiring managers
Day-to-day recruitment administration tasks
Ensure all candidates are aware of their application progress through their recruitment experience with us
What we're looking for
A real 'people person' looking to make an impact through support and rapport
A strong communicator and relationship builder
Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Someone with previous exposure to Google Drive, bonus points if you are tech-savvy and eager to embrace new systems and processes to grow
