The role:

We are now expanding our recruitment team and are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join us. In this role, you will manage a large volume of incoming roles, take part in key hiring projects, and outsource candidates. You will work in partnership with management teams, shaping the way we attract, recruit, and retain talent.

Daily responsibilities:

Source candidates utilising social media, job boards and networking Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews Schedule face-to-face interviews Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates Extend job offers to successful candidates Maintaining and coordinating calendars Posting job ads on career pages Answering recruitment queries
