Now, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Recruitment, Learning and Development Coordinator

to join our dynamic People team on a 6 month fixed term contract, based in either our

Hull

or

Leeds

office. This position offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact. You'll play a key part in delivering seamless recruitment processes and meaningful learning experiences across the business.

Key responsibilities include:



Learning & Development (L&D)

Act as the first point of contact for L&D queries, managing the inbox and ensuring timely responses. Maintain and monitor our Learning Management System (LMS), including attendance tracking, content updates, and evaluation analysis. Coordinate the L&D calendar, schedule sessions, and manage invites. Support the Head of L&D with course logistics, venue selection, cohort organisation, and liaising with external providers. Produce insightful reports to measure the impact and quality of learning initiatives. Administer mandatory training compliance and external training bookings. Lead the coordination and delivery of induction training for new starters. Continuously improve administrative processes with fresh ideas and smarter systems.
Recruitment

Manage the recruitment inbox and support hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process. Track onboarding tasks and documentation to ensure a smooth candidate journey. Liaise with IT and Facilities to prepare for new starters. Oversee pre-employment screening and Right to Work checks. Build relationships with university careers teams and represent rradar at career fairs and recruitment events. Maintain the recruitment calendar and act as a brand ambassador for rradar.
Engagement

Support with the administration and coordination of the employee recognition scheme and long service awards.

Desirable Experience

Previous recruitment experience. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Understanding of recruitment policies and procedures. Experience using a Learning Management System.
