The Role: Learning and Development Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:





AsLearning and Development Facilitator you'll be responsible for carrying out the below


Partner with Operations Management supporting training needs Support designated area and services on all aspects of booking and completing required training Proactively monitor reports to identify training needs for designated services and arranging sessions to help address those needs Arrange and manage training events with both internal and external providers ensuring courses are well planned and all those due to attend have the relevant invites and remember notifications Arrange internal and external venues where required; monitor external venue costs and highlight any concerns Proactively monitor events with low/no bookings and cancel/rearrange as required Ensure attendance registers are updated timely and proactively manage those outstanding Monitor and report on reasons for non-attendance on training events, highlighting any trends to the service management team and L&D team Notifying trainees/managers and other relevant, such as interpreters of any cancellations to courses and record on the course cancellation/covered spreadsheet. Rearrange as required Monitor SUMS report weekly for new conditions that may require service specific training to be assigned Provide training to new managers in services on using the LMS and all L&D processes Ensure the L&D inbox is managed as per rota Provide relevant feedback on courses to services and L&D management team
