At Vivobarefoot, we are reshaping the future of the footwear industry through sustainable, healthy practices and innovative design. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who feels aligned with us culturally who can help build the future of Vivobarefoot with the People we employ.
This role will lead all talent acquisition activities for the global business, and you will be the the point of entry for all new Vivo-ers.
You'll have a proactive, hands-on approach and able to confidently hit the ground running (barefoot) across attraction, sourcing, and recruitment, including the following activities:
Continually working to improve our hiring strategies to identify, engage and attract the best talent.
Build strong relationships with hiring leads, tailoring job descriptions, interviews, and selection assessments to meet their needs.
Take ownership of the relationships with external recruiters/agencies including negotiating agreements and contracts but reduce usage to bare minimum unless absolutely necessary.
Track & analyse hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and provide regular reports to Leadership.
Source key talent through various channels, from job boards and social media to professional networks
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and screenings, ensuring alignment with our company values and commitment to regenerative business.
Advocate and champion our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) recruitment initiatives, and positively contribute to our unique workplace culture.
Continue to build on our best practices to ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, working to continuously improve experience and efficiency.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, fostering a positive reputation in the talent market.
Develop hiring guides, including assessment & selection and run workshops to upskill internal hiring managers and Leadership.
In addition to your work on hiring, take on relevant People related projects, particularly around DE&I and Regeneration.
Be a driving force in developing and promoting Vivo's employer brand, showcasing the Culture across various platforms
ALL ABOUT YOU
3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably within the retail or footwear industry. But if you're currently in Agency and looking for a path into 'In House' then this could also be for you.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiar with current trends, technologies, and the market, with entrepreneurial ambition to capitalise on these.
You thrive in fast paced, innovative, and constantly changing environments - this is your happy place!
Good understanding of employment laws and regulations relating to hiring and employing people.
A highly organised and productive individual, obsessed with the detail and keen on efficiency.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to problem solve, gather information, analyse metrics, and make decision
A team player, willing to 'get stuck in' with whatever needs to be done in a timely manner and equally happy to work solo.
