We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead generation through social media management, networking events, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure efficient candidate management.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Coordinate with HR teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
Manage relationship management initiatives with partners as required.
Utilize social media platforms for employer branding and active candidate engagement.
Skills
Proven experience in lead generation and utilization of social media management tools for talent sourcing.
Familiarity with ATS platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Understanding of human resources practices and HRIS systems.
Demonstrated ability in relationship management within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Knowledge of HR compliance standards and employment legislation relevant to the organization's location.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
