Job Overview:

We're seeking a Talented Recruiter / Executive / Manager - to facilitate rapid growth. The individual must have a passion for team building want to join the Core initial team to help take this vision to a global level. This role will require close liaison with the Directors hence close contact with the Preston office is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Posting of Job roles, interviewing, and getting candidates in front of the Directors Develop a flow of candidates, and keep in the loop with your candidates Manage job platforms such as indeed / LinkedIn to promote the role, posting, managing, communicating, calling. Reducing the Time to hire / Cost to hire - being efficient. Some People management during the initial induction phase of personnel.

Required Skills in order:

Proven experience in recruitment or human resources. Be able to convince individuals to join a start-up and 'sell the dream'. Concise writing of messages, short and sweet should be your style. Must be pragmatic not bogged down on legal issues. Experience of using LinkedIn / Indeed and other similar sites and how the portals work. Familiarity with Application tracking systems - ATS, People manager - be able to overcome people issues and some Timesheet systems.

Preferred Qualifications / Experiences:

A proven history in Recruitment - or - extensive investment of courses undertaken recently, i.e. have a mastery of the profession with 10,000 hours under your belt. May have a Book of Candidates, contacts that they can bring into our team. Bachelor's degree in a Recruitment related, Business, management, or human psychology.
