We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist or Recruitment Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven recruitment professional who can independently manage the end-to-end hiring process and has proven goal-setting and execution capabilities. Based on business needs, you will be responsible for hiring either locally in the UK or for remote roles based in China, with a steady pipeline of open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with business needs
Manage the full recruitment cycle independently, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer negotiation
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and channels to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Gain in-depth understanding of role requirements and hiring team expectations, and provide strategic recruitment advice
oversee and support the recruitment team and drive overall team performance
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience, with a demonstrated ability to independently manage hiring processes
Preferred qualifications include experience in any of the following areas:
Recruitment team management or project coordination
Other HR functions (e.g., employee relations, performance management, training and development, L&D, EDI, etc.)
UK-based recruitment experience
Sales background with strong communication and decision-making skills
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in identifying problems and driving recruitment outcomes
Familiarity with both Chinese and British cultural contexts, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
