Fair pay for all - We are dedicated to aligning our pay rates with the real Living Wage so our pay rate is 25,736 (12,868 pro-rata) Part-Time Permanent Contract - 18.75 hours per week (preferably Tues, Weds & 1 other day) Office based with option to work from home 1 day per week

Make a difference as a Resourcing Officer




We're on the lookout for a brilliant Resourcing Officer to join us for six months, supporting the team with our busy recruiting season. If you're passionate about people, and thrive in a busy environment, this could be the perfect fit.


As a Resourcing Officer, you'll play a key role in making sure our centres are buzzing with the right people in the right roles. From initial vetting to interviewing to making offers, you'll help bring amazing team members on board who make the PGL experience unforgettable for our guests.


You'll be working closely with the Resourcing Team Leader, focusing on hiring activity instructors and hospitality colleagues across multiple PGL centres. Alongside recruitment, you'll also take on important admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
