As a Recruitment Resourcer at Notion4, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants to find and place the right candidates for our clients. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. This role is fast-paced and varied, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a target-driven environment. You'll be working closely with the team to match high-quality candidates to roles within the construction sector, helping to deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and internal data bases.
Collaborate with consultants to understand their clients recruitment needs and provide insights on candidate pipelines.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary.
Assist in lead generation activities to identify potential talent pools for future hiring needs.
Support the development of recruitment strategies that enhance the employer brand and attract diverse talent.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and consultants via email and telephone.
Experience in human resources or recruitment is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of social media management techniques to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and our consultants alike.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Pay and Benefits
Pay is negotiable, dependant on experience. We have set a range of 23,500 - 27,500 to begin with.
Annual Leave - 28 days, including bank holidays. 1 day is added for every year of service.
Monday - Friday. No weekends. Working hours are 8am-16:30pm. You will have 1 hour lunch break per day.
