We are seeking a

Recruitment Resourcer

to join our dynamic team, supporting recruitment campaigns across the

construction

and

healthcare

industries. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping people find the right opportunities.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for supporting our Recruitment Consultants in sourcing top talent for both temporary and permanent positions in the

construction

and

healthcare

markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and our internal database Write engaging job adverts and post to multiple platforms Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates Support consultants in managing bookings, compliance checks, and onboarding processes Stay up to date with industry trends and market changes
About You:

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn - previous resourcing or recruitment experience is ideal, especially in construction or healthcare, but

not essential

.
