The Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates to meet our organizational needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage job postings and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and negotiate offers to secure top talent.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
What We're Looking For:
