Communicate with different departments to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Attract and select suitable candidates through various recruitment channels (e.g., social media, job boards, headhunters, etc.).
Establish and maintain a talent database, optimize recruitment processes, and improve hiring efficiency.
Analyze recruitment data, regularly provide hiring reports, and optimize recruitment outcomes.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness in the talent market.
Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:At least 1-3 years of recruitment-related experience; candidates with UK-based recruitment experience are preferred.
Skills:oFamiliarity with the UK recruitment market and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Strong data analysis abilities to optimize recruitment strategies.
Team player with a sense of responsibility, capable of independently managing recruitment projects.
