Recruitment Specialist (UK)Job Summary



We are looking for a

proactive and execution-driven Recruitment Specialist

to support our talent acquisition and HR-related activities in the UK. This role will be responsible for managing the

full recruitment lifecycle

and working closely with hiring managers to ensure a professional, efficient, and compliant hiring process.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UK-based roles, including

hiring requirement discussions, job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management

. Work closely with hiring managers to clearly understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Source candidates through multiple channels, including

job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct sourcing

. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate communications and assessments. Maintain and update candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support

employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities

. Ensure recruitment and related HR activities comply with

UK employment law, equality legislation, and GDPR requirements

.

Requirements



At least

1 year of UK-based HR or recruitment experience

. Solid understanding of UK recruitment processes and basic HR operations. Ability to manage recruitment tasks independently and proactively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments with effective time management. Good knowledge of UK employment law, equality legislation, and data protection (GDPR). Right to work in the UK. CIPD qualification obtained or currently studying towards CIPD (Level 3 or Level 5 preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Uxbridge UB11 1FE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:

End-to-end recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
Language:

Mandarin (preferred)
Work authorisation:
