Work closely with hiring managers to clearly understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including
job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct sourcing
.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate communications and assessments.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support
employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
.
Ensure recruitment and related HR activities comply with
UK employment law, equality legislation, and GDPR requirements
.
Requirements
At least
1 year of UK-based HR or recruitment experience
.
Solid understanding of UK recruitment processes and basic HR operations.
Ability to manage recruitment tasks independently and proactively.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments with effective time management.
Good knowledge of UK employment law, equality legislation, and data protection (GDPR).
Right to work in the UK.
CIPD qualification obtained or currently studying towards CIPD (Level 3 or Level 5 preferred).

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
